They have guns that shoot accurately but the 64f .22 I bought does not shoot as intended. It has a 10 round magazine that will jam on every round if you load more than 4 or 5 rounds into the mag. This is how it has functioned since it came out of the box new. This seems to be a common issue according to the online community. I contacted them via email over a week ago and have yet to hear a response. From what I can gather from others online, their support also has much to be desired.

I have a 320 20ga it broke the first time I shoot it .been trying to get the 20 dollar part 6 months now . I will never do buy anything from them again or recommend them to anyone....

Great firearms that are accurate out of the box. Just pray you never have to return it for repairs. Was told average 3 week turnaround once I was called with estimate. Going into 3 months now still waiting to get my rifle back. Have been told twice gun would ship and then nothing. Was told today they would call me back with update but didn't receive a call. Nice products but horrible service if you need them after purchase. Will deal with local gun smith next time I need something done.

What a joke of a gun manufacturer. Thought I would try a Savage and purchased a 0.22 for small varmint hunting around the yard, upon receiving the gun it shot terrible. I stopped to notice the barrel lacked any rifling whatsoever, and NEVER had been rifled from the factory.

It took 5 sets of eyes at Cabela's to believe it and even they were in disbelief. Promptly sent it in under warranty and have been waiting over 4.5 weeks "for it to exit machining and be returned". This is for an essentially brand new firearm that wasn't built to proper spec whatsoever - I asked for simply a new gun or a refund to be sent and was promptly denied.

I'm sadly stuck waiting for Savage to return this junky firearm - overall very dissatisfied with my first Savage purchase and this experience alone would steer me clear away from ever purchasing again.

I have an A17 from them that won't cycle correctly. I've tried to reach out multiple times only to be put on hold for an hour plus before loosing patients and hanging up. One star because zero isn't an option.

I have guns from everyone I don't hate on know one . they all have there pro's and con's. But savage stealth evaluation is the best long range PR on the market in my experience. If savage sucks then why does everyone copy them? Lol

Haven't had to deal with customer service but the FCP-SR is quality at a high value. Relatively expensive magazines though that are not off the shelf like the AI type standard.
