I wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was with the service I received while I had my GX in your shop for a minor repair and service. I was set-up quickly and hassle free with a loaner vehicle so I was not put out at all by leaving it there. The GX came back cleaned (an awesome extra detail!), washer fluid filled and a water bottle in the cup holder. These are all very nice touches, but most importantly, the repair costs were fair and I felt like the people that I dealt with were technically competent to assess what was required.
The service writer was Dave, the technician was DAL. I have dealt with Dave before and brought it back because of that previous experience and will bring it back again when I need additional service.
Just wanted to let your team know.
