I usually don't like to bad review any business but I think what happened with us is worth sharing. We went on Friday evening right before the president's day weekend to test drive the MDX, our salesman Irwin was very professional and honestly he convinced us to get the car. We negotiated a deal with his sales manager Dereck, we then shook hands and I paid a deposit, but because it was getting late and my son was getting tired, I asked him if it was okay to come back tomorrow or Monday to finish signing the paperwork and we also agreed to have the front windows tinted, he told me that Saturdays are usually busy and Monday would be better, which was fine with me. I called them Monday afternoon to make sure that the car is ready and we confirmed that I will go around 6 pm to sign and drive. I got a call from Dereck the sales manager @ 5:30 pm when I was on my way and he told me that he couldn't honor the deal that WE agreed upon because it's $1500 short. I told him that we shook hands already and I even paid a deposit, but that obviously didn't matter to him and he told me that I could have gotten the deal on Friday if I took the car home but since I didn't drive off the lot then the deal is not final and he was not obligated to honor the deal and the deposit will be refunded. Kind of surprised that It took him 3 days to figure out that the deal is $1500 short, Thanks for wasting my time!
We are very disappointed with our experience at this place because you would think that people would stand behind their word, well some of them do but obviously not at this dealership. If $1500 is how much they value their reputation, then no surprise they careless about their customers!!
