These guys are funny - their hold messages (which is mostly what you get when you call, sometimes five times in a row) talk about reliability and knowing the industry. After 5 calls EACH TIME to get to ANY person available (who magically comes available when I get a little pushy) - Katelyn Sharpless - turns out everything is completely screwed up, and they have killed the contract completely.

Katelyn and her team at ServiceLink are a complete joke and a bane of the industry. I am sincerely surprised they are not completely bankrupt - who is giving them business with such incompetence?

I have all calls, emails and transcriptions recorded to back this all up - happy to share. Utter incompetence.
