One of the Torsion springs broke on my garage door late one night. I called early the next morning and Kitsap Garage door Co. responded quickly scheduling an appt. that day. The repair technician was a few minutes early ( a huge plus), quick, safe, recommended that the rollers be replaced and gave an on site quote in addition to previously agreed labor and material costs. I could afford it, and within an hour all broken components and the additional items were replaced. Mike did an outstanding job, great customer service, no hassle! I recommend them whole heartedly.
