Pentagon MMA is a great gym with amazing instructors. I take the Muay Thai Classes and haven t run into a single ego, but have met some really amazing martial artists. Everyone I have trained with has been super helpful and encouraging. The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The gym is fully equipped and is always kept in order and very clean. My wife takes the Women s Kickboxing class and loves it. They also have a very impressive children s martial arts program. We highly recommend Pentagon MMA for anyone Interested in learning Muay Thai and/or Brazilian Ju Jitsu, looking for a martial arts program for their kids or anyone looking for an incredible workout.
