The check in process was awful...had to wait in line only to be told our room would not be available for an hour. Checked our luggage ($12) for the hour. Did not get the room we were promised. Low staff, rude.
Room was dirty, shower ended up flooding bathroom because of inadequate shower curtain.
Had to leave a day early on an emergency but could not get a refund. Desk staff was rude. I found the hotel, on the whole, to be inadequate and very rude. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We frequently visit NYC and have never had this with any other hotel.
