I would love to tell you about my experience at Amber Beauty Suite but, having bought a Groupon for a massage (which has to be booked over the phone), I can't make an appointment as they don't answer or respond to voicemails. I've tried them 5 times. To be this terrible at customer service, without even speaking to a customer, is truly remarkable.
