I use to own a Chevrolet impala like a couple of months back I went to tropical for a sensor repair. I stayed without a car for like a week no loaner provided like they said and no rental provided either like if I don't pay for that .all they have to do is communicate no type of customer service or communication. I purchase a 2016 Malibu let's see how my visit goes
