Four hour que in the sun with no sign of refreshme...

Four hour que in the sun with no sign of refreshments or shade - and that was after buying a ticket online beforehand. Inside it was so crowded that you couldn't even get through the doorways from one room into the next. Absolutely terrible service at the only available restaurant and that was after having paid a fortune for a very average lunch. Tried to see the gardens but was told that we'd have to pay extra despite our tickets supposedly including them. By far our worst experience in France - don't bother!!
