I do not normally leave reviews but if I can help anyone else's who is looking for what other workout facilities just call the " judgement free zone " this is your place.

I am 45 yr old cancer patient who has been overweight my whole life, even cancer didn't change that . Knowing it is time to look at getting healthy, I looked over every local fitness place in the area when it came time to start getting into a routine of working out. Many places were willing to take my money but no place offered me the personal attention and genuine concern for my wellbeing as well as reaching my goals then Health Plex .

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I spoke to Mike who took time to speak to me as a person and not just another member. I was asked to fill out a detailed assessment of my expectations and everyone I wrote down was discussed and addressed. I was quickly set up with Jon who assessed everything from my balance to posture (I never knew I was so out of shape). Jon did not bat an eye and assured me it could all be corrected. Now a few short weeks in I am standing straighter I am less dizzy and feel stronger then ever.

I just happen to have started this due to a medical condition but the facility offers a wide range of equipment for people of all skill levels I have never felt embarrassed or less then. Truly everyone is kind and willing to help. Trainers are always on the floor and each one of them brings a unique and energetic feel to the atmosphere.

It is like being part of a large family here. Shortly after joining when my father in law passed and I actually received an email from the staff with condolences.

I only wish I joined Helth Plex sooner
