If there was a box for "not eligible for a star", that's the box I would check. They play telephone games, when you answer, they hang up on you. They said they would wait for my SDI payment to pay a $75.00 ER copay fee, that was a complete misunderstanding and they didn't wait. Three days later they turned that one into the credit bureaus. I have gone back to the source of the debt and are paying them directly. They keep their word and everything is as it should be. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS.
