We initially dropped our car off at 8am on a Tuesday and did not have it back until after 6pm on Wednesday. Service was provided, but it took two days to repair/address something that should have taken less than a day. Besides a cruise control issue that apparently was attributed to a switch not being "on", we were told we needed a new tire. They didn't have the tire in stock, which we found odd considering our car is a Honda Accord (pretty standard tire for a fairly common car), the wrong tire was ordered, causing another delay. When the tire finally arrived and we were promised it would be installed right away, but 3 hours later it was still not done. In the end, the customer service manager tried to make it right be offering a free oil change, but.....
