Very friendly staff.
As we arrived very early (5 a.m.) we weren't able to move into our actual room immediately. For this we were moved from the 1st to the 6th floor and had to accept a smaller bed. The good thing is that the view makes up for everything. It is best to ask for a room with a view of the marina, that is the skyline towards the ferris wheel. In the evening a heavenly view!

Service is very important, no matter what small concerns you have.

Food always great. If you really can't find anything at the bufrfet in the evening, you get something else.

The pool has a pleasant temperature and is family-friendly, but unfortunately there is no really deep area. Max. 1.6m.

Water. No matter where. Water is free and you need it here in the weather.

If you get vouchers or vouchers for food from the tour guide or the hotel, you can redeem them at the pool. A meal by the pool is e.g. 12 chicken wings, a fat burger with fries, large tiramisu and 2 mocktails (juice cocktail).

During the day there is weby to do here. You should already have a rough plan yourself what you want to do. It's just not a typical tourist hotel that wants to see culture and such, but a luxury hotel that is very relaxed.
We have planned a dune safari, a trip to the Burj Khalifa and a day in the Aquaventure.
