Christopher R. is everything a customer service rep should be. He was prompt, efficient, very pleasant and most importantly, trustworthy. He had serviced my air conditioning unit before so he knew right where to go; the laundry room, the roof and I didn't have to worry about some stranger left alone in my condo. He even negotiated his services when I told him I was unemployed and money was tight. My sincerest thanks to Chris and Shavitz. You'll hear from me again.
