My sisters and I went in on our sat day of spring break, not only were they incredibly helpful and kind (for 3/4 of us it was our first tattoo) but they went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. They even bent over backwards to satisfy a jerk who 1) came in two hours before close and damanded a four hour tattoo and 2) threatened that he had "no choice" but to leave a bad review if they didn't give him what he wanted. They deserve ten stars, I'd drive the 10 hours back to destin to get tattooed by them again.
