Received an awesome customer service from Mr. Abid Shivji last week when I went to Lexus on the Park. I don't have any appointment with him but he took me right away and answered all the questions I have regarding my warranties and service package. Aside from that, he was the only person who was able to tell me where I should go for future services which was my issue since I bought my Lexus from Toyota on the park. I definitely felt the LOVE. That is what you call quality customer service, understanding your client's needs. Keep it up! muahhh
