This hotel is rather old and isn t up to date. The fountain in the lobby area has been covered with wood. The room was overly hot and had to call maintenance several times in order to resolve the issue. Ultimately moved rooms. The new room the keurig was disgusting, but the hotel did not take care of the issue after reporting it. Outside the hotel we experienced several homeless folks and a fight broke out. Overall not the experience you d expect for an expensive hotel. Check out something down the street instead if you re in Cleveland.
