Most San Jose Police Officers will take citizens as a challenge, they will do anything to upset you or provoke you, be careful do not fall on their game all they want is to proof their selfs how much power they got over citizens. Dispatch service gets a 0+ they seem to act like attorneys providing legal advised. Over all I feel very insecure and afraid of our San Jose police force.There is no Zero stars too bad!!!!
