Got me a package of business insurance with these guys. They wrote my policy with liberty mutual. Didnt take long at all

I don't even know where to start. don't expect any action form this company on anything. I have or had a business policy with these guys i needed an endorsement to work an event after calling 10 times a day for 5 days to get it , i ran out of time and literally had to buy another policy. so i told these guys what happened they sent me a bill for the endorsement that took 45 days 45 days after the event. Unbelievable right. so i complained that i should not have to pay for that . well they did not agree and and of coarse wanted the money. They told me to send a money order so i did . They canceled it while the money order was in the mail . unbelievable.

Three and a half hours!!!! Way to long for a doctor's appointment.

Contacted them for a general liability quote and sent over all the info. A month later they tried to cancel the policy because of the business activities even though I listed exactly what the business did on the application. I had to go above the underwriter to his manager to keep the policy in force due to him not reading the application. He never admitted to his mistake and said I never told him even though I did and it was clearly written on the application which is why his boss let it stay in force. Don't waste your time with this company as there are so many other brokerages out there that are better to deal with. (Negative 5 stars)

This is CALRISK Insurance Center. We started writing NEXT insurance through your system. For the first few months, your company paid our commissions to another agency. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?! Then, when I try to call you guys to fix a situation with Next insurance, you are not able to take any responsibility at all and tried to pass us on to NEXT. Are you not taking part of the commissions split when I am writing NEXT? Is my contract not with APPALACHIAN. If any competent rep wants to follow up with me and sort this out I am happy to talk and remove this review.

Worst GA EVER!!!! Send your submissions here if you like being ignored. HORRIBLE customer service. I even complained recently, via email, to one of their "Communications Specialists" and provided her with proof that no one had responded to my submission. She in turn did not respond to me!!!!!! Just TERRIBLE. No other way to put it.

Unresponsive, difficult to navigate website and rude customer service. Do not recommend at all. Never had a positive experience with anything

They do not send you commission unless you email them multiple times to ask for it. One of my clients unknowingly signed a BOR to get the policy transferred to a different agency. I had the insured sign a BOR to get the policy back, and after weeks of no response they said they could not help and I would have to wait until renewal.

This company is very unhelpful and unresponsive. I will not be sending them any future submissions.

If you like to work hard and get underpaid then this is the company for you. Not only do they pile on work, if they find out you re good at your current job. They will blame you for multitasking if you mess up one of the many jobs they make you do for slave wages. North Korea can learn a thing or two from the owners of the building and business. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

This place is shady and immoral. I worked here and would NEVER have insurance through them. I wouldn't trust it if I did.
