This is by far the worst customer service of any lcl place I have picked up or dropped off. Always long lines expect a long wait whenever you go here.

Horrible company. Use any other cargo shipper but them. They broke my packages and even though they signed that they broke it they are not taking responsibility. Stay away.

Hiring lady is full of lies. Dispatch lady is retarded. Forcefull dispatch. You have to do one Tronto Montreal trip in 20 to 22 hours which usually includes pick-ups and deliveries and they call it linehall which is crazy. When you go talk to fleet manager he says whatever you are told by HR manager is a total lie. Yards are totally unorganized; you will probably have to move 2 trailers before you hook up to yours. Payroll guys need calculation classes. If you are still ready to deal with them, the Montreal trips are night time runs. Stay away.

Happy to see the team and company grow into such a positive direction. The staff is knowledgeable, fleet size is expanding and operations are working cohesively. Many inefficiencies had been identified, addressed and rectified to create the impressive operations of today. Great team, great processes, forward moving momentum!
