Current Machine Operator 2018. I must be honest this is far most the best company that I ever worked for. The employees are nice and will help you if you when needed, I myself work with a wonderful crew but the company as a whole has a wonderful team of staff from H&R to the engineering department. Every one there is just great. I met the plant manager and he is an awesome guy with an amazing spirit. They have an incredible team of service coordinators that is always around to assist you with anything. I just wanna thank Scott for putting me with amazing crew. I reccomend this job for anybody who has the desire to work hard and willing to learn new skills this is the place to be.

Poor management, organization, communication, and quality when I worked there. Many great employees in the floor and some stand ito supervisors, but no support to get things running properly.

This is a terrible company all around. Poor management, ownership, communication, low pay, no raises, no opportunity, and no regard for the health or safety of their employees. A dirty, run-down shop full of outdated and unreliable equipment run by employees who have no incentive to work hard or take pride in what they do. The only thing worse than the quality of the products is the attitude of the employees.

Poor leadership, poor pay for skilled workers. Many of the employees there that have worked there for 10+ years get paid as much as people who have been there a year or two which breaks my heart. I worked for fettig in the sanding department with poor direction and a very disrespectful individual with s low tolerance for stress who takes his frustration out on his subordinates.
