Had to post a review because I saw some one star ratings complaining of tough corned beef. They obviously did not cook it right. You guys really missed out. I've been cooking these briskets for a decade working in food service, as well as several times at home, and they've always turned out PERFECT. Once you've had Grobbels you will never buy anything else. Trust me. Just cook with 2/3 submerged in water, and to 195f internal temp.
