Absolutely horrible. The car was just fine and it was easy to get, but we were misled by the representative who assisted us. We had booked a flight and Rental Car package online and we were very pleased with the price. Since then, we've been charged an additional $230 for insurance, fees, and taxes. That changed our completely affordable vacation into a ridiculously expensive rental car. It averaged out to over $100 per day for a mid-sized vehicle. The representative that help with our car pickup never told us about these very large, excessive fees and now the customer service on the phone won't do anything about it. I will never ever ever rent from this company ever again and I'll tell everyone I know that this was the worst car rental experience we've ever had.
