Review of 't Steeke

So my ac hasn't been running in 2 weeks...brand ne...

So my ac hasn't been running in 2 weeks...brand new home so I was confused as to why. I checked the thermostat and tried different settings to no avail. I then went outside and noticed that the fan wasn't running. Note this is the first time attempting to use the ac. It's been getting pretty hot and I don't do well with heat. Trying to sleep upstairs has been a struggle.

I finally had enough and called Steel T. It's father's day on a Sunday so I wasn't entirely sure if anyone would be able to help me today. Sure enough Steve called me right back and helped me figure out the issue right over the phone. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I have no idea what i was doing but he patiently explained what it is i had to do and solved my issue. Since he was able to help me over the phone he also saved me about 200 dollars.
