They are nightmare to deal with, "They will never pick up your phone" regardless how many times you leave voice message.

Samsung advised me to send my S7 to them, it's been over 10 business days, this service center really put Samsung into a "shame".

Probably this is my last Samsung device to own, even i hate iPhone OS system but their service is at best.

Try your best to stay away from this repair center
