We were in a crunch with building permits expiring and no builder lined up at a price we could afford. Huntington Homes was able to deliver on all the key elements of our home that we wanted including insulation, windows, built-ins, flooring and siding. We highly recommend that folks check with Huntington Homes before they build a new home. You may be surprised at the bottom line. Additionally, the final price is the final price. There are no unexpected fees once the contract is signed.

In traditional builds, the contractor allows for contingency fees of up to 20% with no solid guarantee on final cost. Something real important to consider if you are on a fixed income.
