Yesterday I called the ProDesk to place a delivery order. After spending a significant amount of time on hold a gentleman finally took my call/order. I informed him that we would need the deliver made in the A.M. or early afternoon the next day. Today when I called to find out why the delivery hadn't taken place yet I was treated as an inconvenience and brushed aside without a care of my companies needs. We spend $100K+/year with Home Depot but since this is my third terrible experience in the last two months we will be utilizing Lowes from now on.
