Update: The woman in charge of PR (sales lady) has been harassing me all day and calling me a liar. She has called me 5 times in 15 minutes.

This place wants to sell sell sell. They hide it under free merchandise for good reviews. They won't tell you but, you have to go to two appointments which total four hours before Dr. Scott adjusts you. When I made my first appointment, I asked the receptionist specifically if they worked with my insurance. She assured me that they did. When I got there I should have known what this place was. Even at 10 am the scent of popcorn from a playful popcorn machine filled the air. In the other corner of the waiting room, there is a giant keg of coffee. These are distractions to what comes next. I get called back into a small room, where I need to watch a 15 minute long video on the importance of chiropractic care, which is playing at volume 100. I am me that I WILL NOT be getting adjusted today, but rather X-Rayed and STEM. Also, this appointment is going to take 2 hours; which is all something they probably should have told me at booking. After, Dr. Scott comes in to tell me how "none of my problems are caused by what I think. It isn't because of strength. It isn't from not stretching. It isn't from my weight, or my position at work. No. It is from texting or reading, and it is all because of my head. It's heavy and pulling." Not to worry, he is here to help and it won't cost more than $50 an appointment.
I get X-rays, STEM, and physical therapy. After, I go to leave, I am told I owe $20. I'm confused and ask how much my insurance covers. I get no answer. I just get handed a small piece of cardstock that says "everything that I got done today is usually $388, but Dr. Scott is giving me it for $20." I pay. I make another appointment to actually get adjusted, and I ask the woman how much my next appointment will be. She tells me they won't know until tomorrow.
Still attempting to give them a chance. I go back 2 days later, I ask how much my appointment today will be. "Oh we don't know, but you will never pay more than 50 dollars."

I get taken back to the small room where I have to watch another 15 minute long video. The doctor finally comes in and shows me my X-rays. He is talking very arrogantly and everytime I ask him a question he dismisses it. They put me back in STEM and Dr. Scott finally comes in and adjusts me. I feel pretty good.

I go up to pay, but I am quickly taken aside by a small blond woman to a small room that on the window says financial assistance. She sits me down and asks about my enjoyment of my appointment. She then dives right into "Dr. Scott has recommended 16 appointments 2x a month and after we will do X-Rays again and check progress. This usually costs $800 for 16 appointments, but if you pay today it'll be $700. So you basically get two appointments for free since appointments are $50 a piece." She hasn't even told me what my insurance covered. I ask her if my insurance covered any part of my appointment. She looks at me like I asked her "why does the sun go away every night?" She tells me that my insurance NEVER covers any chiropractic care, and why would I think it did? Dude, I asked if you worked with my insurance, that was the time to tell me "yes but they don't pay anything so your appointments are probably going to be $50." Not waiting until after everything.
She attempted to pity me into accepting the "offer of help for my health". I kept telling her that I just wanted to pay for my appointment. She kept trying to sell me. She kept talking to me like I was accepting my cancer diagnosis and choosing not to fight. I tried to be polite and tell her that I was not longer interested in this office and I just wanted to pay what I owed. She KEPT trying to sell me. I had to raise my voice to get her to just take my $50 and let me leave.
I would not recommend this office. This office sells snake oil and they all dress in sheep clothing. I could deal with the doctor and the 2 day wait to be adjusted, but the intense sales pitch is harder to deal with. Not a fan.
