We sleepily got to the Singapore Airport at 4:00 A...

We sleepily got to the Singapore Airport at 4:00 AM for a 6:00 AM flight and arrived at the Delta kiosk to check in. Immediately, we were greeted by Kurt, a handsome young man dressed impeccably in a suit and tie to help us with all the details of checking in, the kiosk, passports, luggage and gate. He just made the process so easy and enjoyable. Excellent service! He certainly exemplifies the mission statement of your company.
When we got to the gate, he was there also, taking tickets. He remembered us and picked up on the conversation he had had with my husband a few hours prior. Such fantastic service deserves recognition!
Thank you for providing such great people to help travelers in Singapore!

I requested a delivery report with time so that I ...

I requested a delivery report with time so that I can make a delayed baggage travel insurance claim. I called the customer service several times for this, and each time each person would give a different answer, they said they are not servicing from Singapore hence they cannot help on this , another person said they have sent out an email to their counterparts in Singapore requesting for the delivery report, after several days since I didn't receive any updates I asked for the phone number for their contact in Singapore, so I called the Singapore team several times and asked for the report for which again I got multiple replies, initially they said it's to be handled by customer service , then someone said they will send the report to the customer service and will ask them to sent to me..still several days passed and I didn't get any updates ( I am checking with both the customer service team and Singapore team all this while). Then someone from their Singapore team said they are waiting for reply from their delivery personal for the report and I requested the delivery teams contact and I called them several times and the guy said he will get back to me but alas nothing... it was as if I was doing my own customer service by following up with everyone...all this back and forth conversations caused 30 days to pass and I couldn't submit my insurance claim hence I lost my money, time and energy! Just for a report...also not to mention the emails I had sent...thanks to Dnata.
