DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
i rented a 1 bedroom loft for $2100 per month, decent apartment. No maintenance, no lock out service, no response to anything. The common areas of the building are filthy. The trash is taken out through the resident elevator and spilled all over the floor and no one cleans it. The washer and dyers are a joke.The Market Street grocery is next door and constantly having parties and my bedroom shared a wall with them. The grocery also leaves their trash on the sidewalk for days. Also people urinate on the front entrance and of course it is never cleaned, so any time you go in or out you walk through urine. The rental agent David Farkas can't be bothered with anything. Rats run rampant in the basement, droppings all over. Look elsewhere!!!
