Had a problem with carbide insert coming out of a 9mm Lyman die.
Contacted Lyman asking about a repair.
Was advised that a repair was not possible and that I would receive a replacement at no cost including free shipping.
Lyman has my business from now on.
Great customer service from a rock solid company.
