Opus One is definitely one of the most beautiful wineries in the Napa Valley. The winery has a beautiful scenery of rolling hills all around it. It s remarkable architecture and design is mesmerizing. It definitely feels like you re about to go into a journey. The wine tours are done by appointment; you definitely need to plan ahead. The tour was very intimate and the wine we tasted was amazing. They walk you through the process of wine making. From the plantation of the wines, harvest, and hand picking the best grapes, combining fruits and aging the wine. Every step of the way has a team of passionate masters of their craft. I personally have the honor to know the wine maker, he s a wonderful person. He s very passionate about wine. In the tour it really shows how every person that works in the winery is important and a key to make a bottle of wine. Their focus to every little detail and process is mind blowing.
