I ordered some photos on November, 7 with this com...

I ordered some photos on November, 7 with this company and my parcel should be delivered (according with company's website) into 5-9 business day. On November, 20 I sent an email to the company to complain about my parcel. After 2 days an answer has been sent saying that the problem concerns the strike with Canada Post. The email said also that my parcel will be delivered into 1-2 weeks!!! The strike in Ontario has began days before my order be completed. I think that the company should send the parcel by using another company and I would like to know why they did not send an email saying about the strike problem in the period between November, 7-20? Now, I paid almost $10 to receive almost one month after the purchase has been paid.
