I won't ever fly from this airport. The departure drop off attendant was rude and unprofessional. If dropping someone off had that kind of commentary, then there is no need to experience any more of that airport. I was dropping off my boyfriend, who had a one way ticket to India, we don't know when or if we'll see each other again, After helping him load his luggage onto the cart we hugged and kissed then hugged again - probably less than a minute for this to happen. An attendant yelled at us to stop and said that "this ain't no holiday inn, you need to move." I was appalled. I understand that it's a dropoff area not a parking lot, but two minutes to say goodbye was not preventing anyone else from pulling in to unload. The airport staff could use some customer service training.
