Had a terrible experience. Purchased a full set of appliances for our new house including a gas stove. Arranged for store tech to see new house and make a parts list for gas line to kitchen but he was a no show. Store said they were too busy. On move day the gas stove arrived but the tech wouldn't install it because there wasn't a gas line. Called owner who said he'd switch it for electric stove but it wouldn't be for another week. Asked if customer service matter to him and he said we still wouldn't have a stove for another week. He actually hung up on me. Ended up calling another company who installed the gas line and the stove in under 2 hours. Won't buy from Mudge's again. Would give less than 1 star if I could.
