I had misplaced my grandfather's beep, who went on vacation and charged me with the upkeep of the house and more particularly with watering the plants during his absence.

They accompanied me, and remotely I was able to deactivate the lost box, and ordered a new one which will arrive next week, all of this included in the subscription!

Very friendly team, I recommend!
PS: For having accidentally sounded the alarm once, I can tell you, that no thief will remain on the spot.
