To be critical, the bathroom / toilet arrangements in the room were not ideal....a little noisy if someone is in the toilet and the other is in the room !

My wife and I seem to have picked up an eye infection from your swimming pool. We both swam in the pool on Saturday afternoon and our eyes were burning immediately afterwards.

The amount of screaming kids in the dining area was very off putting. I felt it robbed us of the overall luxury experience of the hotel and was at times akin to being in a creche.
