I am Brazilian and I am trying to renew my passport. I am not very familiar with computers and this 5 page form is ridiculous as if everyone had to know photo formats and signatures to send with the form living on a farm was a difficulty to find help and to The person on the phone said "help someone" what is this ??? the only consulate serving the Brazilian people in the state works only from 9am to 1pm I need to see a sick relative and not the time to make an appointment until the end April 2017 I am outraged, besides the ridiculous form you still have to send an email to make an appointment to take documents. I totally think "unsave" to send your data, photo and signature by computer today. And work from 9 am to 1 pm? AND AN INSULT !! if you need time to process the documents hire more people but leave the people in this abandon. If a loved one has to wait 3/4 months and passport? honestly this is unacceptable !!!!!
