worst technicians and customer service... Management needs to be replaced, hope the board of directors are reviewing these majority of 1 star ratings....something really bad is going in the organization

Have been a loyal whirlpool customer but they have no regard...bought washer and dryer set, brand new dryer never worked properly since the day we got it and technician and customer service were worst i have seen in my life
