Dr. Parnell is FABULOUS and I would highly recommend her! But I'm giving the office staff a 1 star. Their office staff manager really needs to re-educate this staff on organizational skills. Recently they called me to confirm an appointment for the next day. I accepted but questioned in my mind that I just had my annual in recent months. However, maybe Dr. Parnell still needed to visit with me so I agreed to the appointment. I called my insurance and they said I went in for my appointment 5 months ago. So I called Dr. Parnell's office back they said, "no, we do not have you scheduled and we did not call you, are you sure it was us." I hung up, looked up my phone history and noticed they DID call and I wasn't dreaming up this conversation. SO I called back again to say, "who do you have at this time to see Dr. Parnell? Maybe one of my daughters who are both over the age of 18?" Finally spoke with another office staff member who said, yes, we must have called you as that was the number we had on file. Isn't it funny, that my daughter has been going their for a few years and they never called to remind me of her appointment b/c of the privacy act. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated case on their unorganized skill set. Hoping this review gets them to re-evaluate their in-house training on their office staff.
