Our experience with Rydell was nothing but smooth. We stopped late one Saturday afternoon and seen an awesome used Tahoe at a reasonable price. We were greeted by Steve Atkinson who knew plenty about the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and immediately wanted to drive it home but was unable at that time. We called Steve a couple days later to inform him we were still interested and to "save" the vehicle for us. We financed through our own bank and went to pick up the Tahoe. Upon our arrival, the Tahoe was ready and had a sign on the mirror indicating it was saved for us (how cool is that). Steve Atkinson delivered top notch customer service and definitely met our needs but most importantly, he did not try to talk us into going with another finance company. It was a smooth sail purchasing this vehicle and we had a smooth ride since...Keep up the good work Rydell and sales associate Steve!
