I contacted the shop about a specific wool for a jumper I am knitting for my daughter in law. They were so helpful! I then booked a video consultation . It was great to discuss the project, choose a wool colour and have a chat about the project. What a joy! The staff are so knowledgable and so friendly - a rare combination. The wool arrived in the post the next day. What a fantastic shop.
