I worked at Good Shepherd for almost 4 years. I've seen wonderful things but mainly irrational and vindictive use of force from Programs Manager and Executive Director. I've seen long term staff fired to save money, staff who has called the board in for a formal complaint have been fired afterwards, staff has been denied the right to look into their employee file, etc. The mission is great but is not properly carried out by those in charge.
