What a worthless organization.

Booked a trip this summer, paid heavily for extra facilities that were not arranged upon arrival.
Local representative tells us that what we paid for does not exist at all, and if we believe that we are entitled to it, we should arrange this with the Netherlands.

After 4 days of calling, with all the necessary frustration and costs (count on 200, - euro telephone and data costs), we finally got what we paid for.

After returning home at the beginning of August a complaint was sent immediately, now 25 October message, showing that our complaint was not even read.

"we reimburse your telephone costs of 25, - and for the inconvenience, (4 days of vacation ruined) we offer you a travel voucher of no less than 75 euros, to spend with these people ...
Yes, I would like to spend another 4,000 euros on a 12-day vacation to have 4 of those days ruined by your incompetent organization.
