made an appointment and was cancelled on the day off because the stylist was sick. I was understanding even though I came back (I was out of town two hours away) and rescheduled. On the day of the second appointment I got a call 30 minutes prior with another cancellation and being told theres nothing that they can do about it . Literally stayed in town for this second appointment when I could have just gone back. Very unprofessional.
