The hotel is nice and the food good but the service and attention is not. Superficially the staff had a good attitude but when we had the slightest problem they did not have a proactive attitude towards solving the problem, everything was: oh .. I'm sorry ... or you can not ... or it does not exist (like when we asked about going San Juan mall and they said we could not go, only to the blue mall) ... the room was cleaned when they wanted, we spent two days without it, calling and claiming and nothing ... the last day they left us A courtesy shower in a shower room they have prepared for that: it was dirty, smelly and messy, really very unpleasant to leave the hotel with that impression.
