We moved into our new home in August 2018. 3 weeks after we relocated, Crystal Pacific Window & Door came out and fixed several defects with cracked seals, broken locks, and clouded glass. Late September we woke up to another issue, a hairline fracture in another window. There were no impact points, rather the crack was another example of cheap, low-quality, under-performing, Crystal Pacific Windows. However, this time they are refusing to fix. In a short period, we have experienced several issues with Crystal Pacific Windows. There are many other options from more reputable window companies and manufacturers. Do not waste your time or money with CPW.
