OK very nice could do with update on some of the rooms pleasant stay came back from holiday had left car here in there car park everything fine checked back in for the night was all pre booked before we went on hols lovely evening the room we were in alot better than the first room two weeks earlier. Came down for breakfast then the lady said you not on list she went off to talk to gentlemen at reception everyone looking at me and my partner feeling very uncomfortable and embarrassed she came back said no so we went all the way back to our room got paper work returned to desk showed paper work we were told yes you got breakfast he looked confused so said the lady came over here she was told no we were not down or payed for breakfast and not on list .very pleased that the gentleman sorted it out but all very embarrassing which did spoil our stay then when we left we had started the card scheme each stay get stamp so passed over card to get stamped when signed out of hotel lady questioned us where we get it from we said here as we stayed second time need another stamp . Simple yes NO lady checked on computer to see we were telling truth we been there two weeks before considering we left our car in there car park for two weeks !!!! It was lovely stay til the morning spolt our stay was made to feel as if we were not welcomed here and not believed on what we had told her again very embarrassing to me and my partner .
