5 stars for customer service experience - courtesy, professional and very nice staffs. Makes you feel very welcome.

2 stars for the room - Room does not feel 5 stars, doesn't have the luxury feeling, probably due to the building being very old.

Swimming is exactly as stated on the website, loved it.

Would I stay there again? Probably not, its definitely not worth the money.
